Returning the vehicle

Please contact Business Lease two working days in advance to make an appointment for returning the car at the end of the lease period via vratenievozidla@businesslease.sk.

In the e-mail please state:
• The vehicle licence plate number
• Suggested date and time of the return (Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 16:30 hours)
• Place of return (Bratislava, Košice)
• Contact details (phone number)

You can return your vehicle at the following addresses:
• Auto Palace, Panónska cesta 33, Bratislava
• Auto Gábriel, showroom Weltauto, Prešovská cesta 73, Košice

When returning the vehicle to Business Lease, you will be asked to sign a take over protocol.

The driver should return at least the following items:
• Registration certificate
• Insurance documents
• Seasonal tires or tire change protocol
• Service book and vehicle manual
• Obligatory kit (incl. first aid kit and safety vest)
• Car keys and remote controls
• Authorization document for using the car
• Fuel card
• Radio code

Please be aware of the following:
•   Certain small damages are regarded as user damages. Those damages do not have to be reported to the insurance company. These damages are described in the Damage evaluation guidelines upon returning of a vehicle, which can be found here.
•   All other damages must be reported to the insurance company and repaired by an authorized workshop before the vehicle is returned to Business Lease at the end of the lease period.
In case a damage is not reported or not repaired, the insurance company will not (or only partly) cover the costs of repair. The difference between repair costs and insurance payment will be charged to the client. The damages will be marked on the take over protocol.
•   Advertising and lettering on the vehicle must be removed before returning the vehicle.
•   Make sure that car audio, navigation equipment and other accessories included in the lease contract, together with additional accessories built as standard at the factory will be returned with the vehicle.
•  When the car is being returned, the car must be clean (inside and outside), in order to make a correct inspection.
•  If the vehicle is not returned in the proper manner on the agreed time and place, Business Lease will charge incurred costs totaling €65 including VAT. If you are unable to return the vehicle on the agreed time and place, please send an email to vratenievozidla@businesslease.sk at least 24 hours in advance.
