Fair Wear and Tear Policy
Within certain boundaries user damages will not be charged to the client. User damage is damage that appears with normal usage of the vehicle. These damages are described in the Damage Evaluation Guidelines.
In case you assume that a damage is more than a normal user damage, please report this immediately and prevent additional costs to be charged afterwards.
