Replacement Car
On request, Business Lease can provide you with a replacement vehicle.
In case that it is necessary to provide a replacement vehicle for a vehicle which is out of service, the vehicle user should contact the car rental department of Business Lease. If possible, please inform us 24 hours in advance.
The rental contract and the takeover protocol must be signed by the user, who takes over the vehicle.
A replacement vehicle is normally of the same or lower category as the non-functional vehicles of the user. The make, the type and the model of the vehicle is not decisive in this case.
