The lease car should be maintained and used in accordance with the instructions in the service book and vehicle manual published by the manufacturer. Periodic maintenance of your lease car should be performed at an officially approved car repair shop.

Before the repair, the repair shop must contact the technical department of Business Lease and ask for an approval number for the repair, based on which the repair shop can charge the costs to Business Lease.

In accordance with guarantee and fair claim guidelines, you should have the maintenance performed in a timely manner, according to the schedule and guidelines in the manual accompanying your car. After the repair, please check if the repair has been registered in the service book of the car.

Experience has shown that defects stipulated under the warranty provisions are not always reported to us by the repair shops. To avoid problems, it is advisable to inform our technical department of these defects yourself. We can then take prompt action to resolve them.
