Fleet Monitoring

For clients with a fleet of more than 10 vehicles, Business Lease offers a quarterly report with the following information:
• List of vehicles in use, vehicles returned, and vehicles to be returned or replaced within the next 6 months
• Comparison of actual and contractually agreed number of kilometres driven
• List of insurance events
• Use of replacement vehicle
Upon request, clients may also receive the report on a monthly basis.

Our priority is to ensure that our report is as accurate as possible; however, good cooperation on the part of the client is crucial. Therefore clients should provide us with their current vehicle mileage.Clients using fuel cards who correctly enter the number of kilometres are not required to inform us about their vehicle mileage.

Business Lease also prepares a regular report on fuel consumption per fuel type and for each driver separately.
