Exchange of seasonal tires

With regards to the ongoing seasonal exchange of tires, we would like to inform you about important topics related to the purchase of winter tires.
This season is specific due to the lack of winter tires on the market. For this reason, it is possible that the specific tire size and category as agreed in the contract may not be immediately available. The following may result:
- It will be necessary to order new tires and wait longer for their delivery
- It will be necessary to purchase tires in a category other than that agreed in the contract (Basic or Premium)
- It won’t be possible to purchase the requested size and category of tires at all and it will be necessary use alternative tire size options
Despite our initiative and early stocking of a certain quantity of tires before the season, we are unable to influence this lack of tires on the market. Therefore we would like to ask you to order new tires and also to schedule the seasonal exchange of tires at least 2 weeks in advance. This lead-time will help our service partner deliver new tires on-time and at your best possible convenience without any additional cost to you.
